The distances are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Under 6 &#8211; 500m<\/li>\n<li>Under 7 &amp; 8 &#8211; 1000m<\/li>\n<li>Under 9 &amp; 10 &#8211; 1500m<\/li>\n<li>Under 11 &amp; 12 &#8211; 2000m<\/li>\n<li>Under 13 to 16 &#8211; 3000m<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The venues of our competitions change slightly every season.
